proudest moment: Anytime I stand up in front of a group of people and find they are interested in what I have to say I’m proud to do what I do.

biggest challenge: Finding ways to help librarians/educators grasp the importance of current trends into library service. Finding the words so that “they get it” and don’t turn away from me in frustration.
